Delivery
How do I know my dress will arrive in time?
At TheFashionClub we work alongside reliable shipping services that ensure that your package will arrive at the desired time.
We suggest that you place your order 4-5 days prior to your event to ensure you have your parcel on time !
It is in our best interest that you have your dress on time for every event.
Returns
How do I return my outfit?
Simply place your dress in the mailing bag provided and drop it at your nearest shipping location.
What happens if I’m late returning my dress?
If the item is returned later than the rental period, a 20 euro per day late fee will apply.
Damages/Maintenance
What if I lose my rental?
If a rental is lost, we will charge you the full retail price of the dress.
What if my dress gets damaged?
If damages occur, there will be an extra charge depending on the extent of the damage.
Do I need to clean/repair my items before returning them?
No, we’ve got that covered! We work with a fantastic laundrette service in Cork that takes care of all dry cleaning and repairs.
What happens if my item doesn't fit ?
If you are unsure about the fit of an item ,we suggest you book an appointment with us. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue you a refund if your item does not fit, due to it not being available then for other customers to rent .

Click & Collect
How does the click & collects service work ?
Here at TheFashionClub we aim to make the rental process as hassle free as possible . Our click & collect service allows you to collect you dress from our store without any cost . When your rental period is over you can drop the dress back to the store again .
