At TheFashionClub, we aim to make the rental experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible, including returns. Here’s how our return process works:

How to Return Your Dress:

1. Place in Mailing Bag: Once your event is over, place the dress back in the prepaid mailing bag provided.
2. Drop Off: Take the bag to your nearest shipping location. We’ve partnered with reliable couriers to ensure a hassle-free return process.

Late Returns:

• If the dress is returned later than the rental period chosen, a 20 euro per day late fee will be charged. Please ensure timely returns to avoid additional fees.

Damages:

• We understand that accidents happen. If your dress gets damaged, an extra charge will apply depending on the extent of the damage.
• For lost rentals, we will charge the full retail price of the dress.

Cleaning:

• No need to worry about cleaning the dress before returning it. We handle all cleaning through a trusted laundrette service in Cork.
